I LOVE THIS PLACE. I’ve recently rediscovered this beautiful ocean pool and I’ve been back multiple times. It’s always beautiful and clean. Great place for the community.
A beautiful haven for women in the heart of South Coogee. A peaceful and inclusive spot for women to really relax and take a dip. I brought my 6 month old son and he loved floating around in the refreshing bath. The staff are also incredibly kind with one woman helping me back to my car by carrying my umbrella.
Just beware - not much shade for most of the day if you’re bringing a bub (or want a shady spot for yourself).
Very nice place to swim. While I understand that they can't meet everyone's expectations, the place was clean, the volunteers that manage it were polite and everyone there was friendly. I'd recommend it to anyone not keen to get battered by the waves at Coogee :)
A HAVEN! The volunteers, along with the facilities and the whole area... wonderful! What an amazing place to relax soaking up the sun without feeling ogled!! The volunteers have so much knowledge and are aware of the whole area - even which steps are slippery! Go enjoy yourself, flow with the rules and you'll have the best time!!

Love this place. Stunning setting, mostly peaceful (avoid the busy times if you don't like crowds)… get there early if you prefer it when it's quiet.
been a while since I've been here. still a nice place. they prefer to take card now which is $2.50.
the lady in front of me complained about the 5 cents fee on top of the 2.50...cmon now (don't be that lady). the volunteers said it's because they're finding it hard to carry kilos and kilos of coins to the bank.
One large rockpool, cold and refreshing. Easy to find a spot on the rocks to get a sun tan. No kiosk so bring plenty of water/snacks. You can leave to get drinks/food from nearby cafes.
Fine place, fair price to enter ($2.50) But wasn't expecting to see so much nudity. (Top and bottom) 😖
When taking my 4 young daughter's aswell I wasn't expecting for them or myself to see more than appropriate body parts.
Just be cautious if you don't want to see or take young children who aren't generally exposed to such nudity.
